The constructional set-up (rolling- or folding technology) and the use of different fabrics offer a wide application spectrum as well as different protection targets or classifications and time classes.       Conveyor system closures

      Manifold production - and logisitc processes require different construction types of conveying systems. If the haulage drifts are passing through fire-retarding resp. fire-resisting walls or ceilings, the necessary openings must be provided with fire protection closures to avoid the expansion of the fire by conveyor technique or by conveyed material. In case of fire the conveyor system closures have to seal those openings immediately and automatically. Thereby a classified fire resistance as well as the smoothly clearing of the closing area must be respected in case of release.

StrainBox XL

Produktbeschreibung

Die StrainBox XL ermöglicht den ADR-konformen Transport sowie die sichere Lagerung kritischer und defekter Lithium-Ionen-Batterien. Die kompakte Bauweise wurde speziell für Batterien kleiner Energiespeicher entwickelt, wie sie beispielsweise in E-Bikes, Elektrowerkzeugen oder mobilen Geräten eingesetzt werden.

Die Konstruktion ist auf Havarien von Lithium-Ionen-Batterien ausgelegt und kontrolliert die bei einem möglichen Thermal-Runaway entstehenden thermischen und mechanischen Belastungen. Das integrierte Thermomanagement begrenzt die Wärmeübertragung nach außen und verhindert eine kritische Erwärmung der Außenflächen.

Ein integriertes Gasleit- und Filtersystem reduziert die Freisetzung toxischer Reaktionsgase und hält Partikel sowie feste Reaktionsprodukte innerhalb der Verpackung zurück. Die druckstabile Konstruktion verhindert das Austreten von Flammen, Funken, Flüssigkeiten und Feststoffen.

Zum Schutz von Personen und Sachgütern verfügt die StrainBox XL über bewährte Sicherheitsmerkmale der Stöbich Brandschutz GmbH, darunter das integrierte Gasleit- und Filtersystem, eine mechanisch robuste Bauweise sowie das integrierte Thermomanagement.

Varianten
Die StrainBox XL ist auch als zugelassene Gefahrgutverpackung erhältlich. Bei der Variante StrainBox XL3000 wurde das nutzbare Innenvolumen zur Einhaltung der ADR-Anforderungen auf unter 3 m³ begrenzt. Durch eine optimierte Aufteilung des Innenraums bleibt der verfügbare Stauraum dennoch effizient nutzbar.

Alle Ausführungen sind optional mit einem elektrischen Hydrauliksystem zum Öffnen und Schließen der Verpackung erhältlich. Die M-Varianten verfügen hierzu über ein integriertes Hydraulikaggregat mit Steuereinheit und kabelgebundener Fernbedienung. Durch das zusätzliche Aggregat verändern sich Leergewicht und zulässige Zuladung entsprechend.

Es besteht die Möglichkeit, Abmessungen und Farbgebung nach vorheriger Rücksprache auf Kundenwunsch anzupassen. Standardmäßig wird das Produkt einfarbig in Verkehrsrot RAL 3020 gemäß Angebot ausgeliefert.
