      Fire protection curtains

      Fire protection curtains are seal openings in walls and ceilings in case of fire. The constructional set-up (rolling- or folding technology) and the use of different fabrics offer a wide application spectrum as well as different protection targets or classifications and time classes. Casings and side guides of those flexible applicable systems are integrated almost invisibly in the building and provide much scope for design of sophisticated architecture for opened designs.

      Manifold production - and logisitc processes require different construction types of conveying systems. If the haulage drifts are passing through fire-retarding resp. fire-resisting walls or ceilings, the necessary openings must be provided with fire protection closures to avoid the expansion of the fire by conveyor technique or by conveyed material. In case of fire the conveyor system closures have to seal those openings immediately and automatically. Thereby a classified fire resistance as well as the smoothly clearing of the closing area must be respected in case of release.

StrainBox XL

Productbeschrijving

De StrainBox XL maakt het mogelijk om kritische en defecte lithium-ion batterijen op ADR-conforme wijze te vervoeren en veilig op te slaan. Het formaat en de constructie zijn speciaal ontworpen voor de opslag en het transport van batterijen en modules, zoals die in batterij-elektrische voertuigen.

Alle verpakkingen van de StrainBox-serie hebben een geïntegreerd filtersysteem dat giftige gassen grotendeels wegfiltert. Stof en deeltjes die schadelijk zijn voor de gezondheid worden tegengehouden en het ontsnappen van vaste stoffen, vloeistoffen en vlammen wordt voorkomen.

Door het geïntegreerde thermische beheer is er geen kritische temperatuurstijging van de buitenwanden. Als de batterijen binnenin een ongeluk krijgen, wordt besmetting rond de verpakking voorkomen.

Ter bescherming van personen en goederen beschikt de StrainBox XL ook over de typische veiligheidsvoorzieningen die alleen producten van Stöbich Brandschutz GmbH bieden. Daartoe behoren het filtersysteem, de mechanisch bestendige constructie en het geïntegreerde thermomanagement.

Varianten
De StrainBox XL is verkrijgbaar met geldige toelating als verpakking voor gevaarlijke stoffen. De capaciteit van deze 3000 versie is hiervoor teruggebracht tot minder dan 3 m³. De ruimte blijft vrijwel volledig bruikbaar dankzij een slimme indeling. Tegelijkertijd wordt voldaan aan de wettelijke eisen.

Alle versies zijn ook verkrijgbaar met een elektrische hydraulische unit. De M-versies hebben een bedieningseenheid met bedrade afstandsbediening. Houd er rekening mee dat het leeggewicht en het laadvermogen worden verminderd door het extra gewicht.
