      Conveyor system closures

      Various production and logistics processes call for the most diverse types of conveyor systems. If these conveyor lines pass through fire-retardant or fire-resistant walls or ceilings, the openings required for this purpose must be provided with fire protection closures to prevent the spread of fire through the conveyor system or the goods conveyed. In the event of fire, conveyor system closures (CSC for short) must close these openings immediately and automatically. Fire resistance classified according to DIN EN 13501-2 is just as important as the smooth clearance of the closing areas in the event of a fire.

      Smoke curtains

      A smoke apron is a part of a smoke control system which also includes other components such as natural smoke and heat exhaust ventilators (EN 12101-2) and mechanical smoke and heat exhaust ventilators (EN 12101-3). Smoke aprons restrict the movement of combustion gases within a building in case of fire.

      Smoke protection curtains

Productbeschrijving

De StrainBox XL maakt ADR-conform transport en veilige opslag van kritieke en defecte lithium-ion-batterijen mogelijk. Het compacte ontwerp is speciaal ontwikkeld voor kleine accu's voor energieopslag, zoals die worden gebruikt in e-bikes, elektrisch gereedschap of mobiele apparaten.

De constructie is ontworpen voor ongelukken met lithium-ionbatterijen en regelt de thermische en mechanische belasting die optreedt bij een thermische runaway. Het geïntegreerde thermische beheer beperkt de warmteoverdracht naar buiten en voorkomt kritische verhitting van de buitenoppervlakken.

Een geïntegreerd gasgeleiding- en filtersysteem vermindert het vrijkomen van giftige reactiegassen en houdt deeltjes en vaste reactieproducten binnen de verpakking. Het drukbestendige ontwerp voorkomt het ontsnappen van vlammen, vonken, vloeistoffen en vaste stoffen.

Om mensen en eigendommen te beschermen heeft de StrainBox XL bewezen veiligheidsfuncties van Stöbich Brandschutz GmbH, waaronder het geïntegreerde gasdoorvoer- en filtersysteem, een mechanisch robuust ontwerp en geïntegreerd thermisch management.

De StrainBox XL is ook verkrijgbaar als toegestane verpakking voor gevaarlijke stoffen. In de StrainBox XL3000 variant is het bruikbare interne volume beperkt tot minder dan 3 m³ om te voldoen aan de ADR-eisen. Dankzij een geoptimaliseerde indeling van het interieur kan de beschikbare opslagruimte toch efficiënt worden gebruikt.

Alle versies zijn optioneel verkrijgbaar met een elektrisch hydraulisch systeem voor het openen en sluiten van de verpakking. De M-versies hebben hiervoor een geïntegreerde hydraulische eenheid met besturingseenheid en bekabelde afstandsbediening. De extra vermogenseenheid verandert het leeggewicht en het toegestane laadvermogen dienovereenkomstig.

Het is mogelijk om afmetingen en kleur aan te passen aan de wensen van de klant na voorafgaand overleg. Standaard wordt het product geleverd in één kleur in verkeersrood RAL 3020 conform de offerte.
