      Fire protection curtains

      Fire protection curtains are seal openings in walls and ceilings in case of fire. The constructional set-up (rolling- or folding technology) and the use of different fabrics offer a wide application spectrum as well as different protection targets or classifications and time classes. Casings and side guides of those flexible applicable systems are integrated almost invisibly in the building and provide much scope for design of sophisticated architecture for opened designs.

      Manifold production - and logisitc processes require different construction types of conveying systems. If the haulage drifts are passing through fire-retarding resp. fire-resisting walls or ceilings, the necessary openings must be provided with fire protection closures to avoid the expansion of the fire by conveyor technique or by conveyed material. In case of fire the conveyor system closures have to seal those openings immediately and automatically. Thereby a classified fire resistance as well as the smoothly clearing of the closing area must be respected in case of release.

StrainBox XL

Popis produktu

StrainBox XL umožňuje přepravovat kritické a vadné lithium-iontové baterie v souladu s ADR a bezpečně je skladovat. Velikost a konstrukce byly speciálně navrženy pro skladování a přepravu baterií a modulů, jako jsou například baterie instalované v bateriových elektrických vozidlech.

Všechny obaly řady StrainBox mají integrovaný filtrační systém, který do značné míry filtruje toxické plyny. Prach a zdraví škodlivé částice jsou zadržovány a je zabráněno úniku pevných látek, kapalin a plamenů.

Díky integrovanému tepelnému managementu nedochází ke kritickému nárůstu teploty vnějších stěn. Pokud by došlo k nehodě baterií uvnitř, je zabráněno kontaminaci okolí obalu.

Pro ochranu osob a majetku má StrainBox XL také typické bezpečnostní prvky, které nabízejí pouze výrobky společnosti Stöbich Brandschutz GmbH. Patří k nim filtrační systém, mechanicky odolná konstrukce a integrovaný tepelný management.

Varianty
StrainBox XL je k dispozici s platným povolením jako obal na nebezpečné zboží. Kapacita této verze 3000 byla pro tento účel snížena na méně než 3 m³. Prostor zůstává téměř plně využitelný díky chytrému rozdělení. Současně jsou splněny zákonné požadavky.

Bezdrátový kontejner je vybaven systémem pro přepravu zboží. Všechny verze jsou k dispozici také s elektrickou hydraulickou jednotkou. Verze M obsahují řídicí jednotku s kabelovým dálkovým ovládáním. Je třeba poznamenat, že pohotovostní hmotnost a užitečné zatížení jsou sníženy o dodatečnou hmotnost.
