  Various production and logistics processes call for the most diverse types of conveyor systems. If these conveyor lines pass through fire-retardant or fire-resistant walls or ceilings, the openings required for this purpose must be provided with fire protection closures to prevent the spread of fire through the conveyor system or the goods conveyed. In the event of fire, conveyor system closures (CSC for short) must close these openings immediately and automatically. Fire resistance classified according to DIN EN 13501-2 is just as important as the smooth clearance of the closing areas in the event of a fire.

Berufs- und Studienmesse #TschüssSchule 2022

Mitte Mai haben wir mit rund 70 anderen Ausstellern an der Berufs- und Studienmesse #TschüssSchule in der BBS Baßgeige in Goslar teilgenommen, um Schülerinnen und Schüler für die Ausbildungsmöglichkeiten bei STÖBICH zu begeistern.

Bei insgesamt 500 Messebesuchern war unser Stand in der Berufsschule gut besucht. Hier führten wir viele informative Gespräche mit zukünftigen Schulabgängern und ihren Angehörigen. Mit Erfolg: Die ersten Bewerbungen haben wir bereits vor Ort angenommen.

Zeitgleich durfte man in unserem Showroom am zentralen Firmensitz um die Ecke einen Blick hinter die Kulissen der STÖBICH Welt werfen und einige Brandschutzsysteme kennenlernen. Unsere Azubis und deren Ausbilder standen allen Interessenten Rede und Antwort, haben bei Mitmachaktionen unterstützt und zu den einzelnen Ausbildungsberufen (m/w/d) informiert.

Durch eine Livekonstruktion mit dem Programm Inventor konnten sich die jungen Leute in den Berufsalltag eines Technischen Produktdesigners hineinversetzen und nach Belieben mitkonstruieren. Der Zusammenbau eines Fangarmroboters und einer Taschenlampe war interessant für angehende Konstruktionsmechaniker oder Mechatroniker. Für zukünftige Industriekaufleute gab es ein kleines Quiz und spannende Details zum möglichen Auslandsaufenthalt (Zusatzqualifikation Europakaufmann/-frau). Ein Rundgang durch verschiedene Abteilungen und die Ausbildungswerkstatt sowie der Live-Brandversuch haben den Tag abgerundet. „Die Vorbereitungen haben sich gelohnt, und wir freuen uns auf weitere Aktionen“, so Timon Mitzscherlich (Technischer Produktdesigner 2. Lehrjahr).
