      Fire protection curtains

      Fire protection curtains are seal openings in walls and ceilings in case of fire. The constructional set-up (rolling- or folding technology) and the use of different fabrics offer a wide application spectrum as well as different protection targets or classifications and time classes. Casings and side guides of those flexible applicable systems are integrated almost invisibly in the building and provide much scope for design of sophisticated architecture for opened designs.

      Manifold production - and logisitc processes require different construction types of conveying systems. If the haulage drifts are passing through fire-retarding resp. fire-resisting walls or ceilings, the necessary openings must be provided with fire protection closures to avoid the expansion of the fire by conveyor technique or by conveyed material. In case of fire the conveyor system closures have to seal those openings immediately and automatically. Thereby a classified fire resistance as well as the smoothly clearing of the closing area must be respected in case of release.

Azubi-Seminar „Respektvoller Umgang“

Unsere Azubis bereichern unser Unternehmen mit frischen Ideen und werden bei STÖBICH regelmäßig gefördert; so wie kürzlich beim diesjährigen Azubi-Seminar zum Thema „Respektvoller Umgang“.

Gute Laune und wertvolle Erkenntnisse prägten den Coaching-Tag im STÖBICH Showroom in Goslar. Hier haben elf unserer Auszubildenden und Jahrespraktikanten zusammen mit Sebastian Saul viel über den respektvollen Umgang miteinander gelernt. Der Dozent von UP Consulting ist Profi im Bereich Berufsorientierung und sieht sich selbst als „Brückenbauer zwischen Schule und Beruf(ung)“, mit einem guten Draht zur Generation Z. Seine lockere, offene Art kam sehr gut beim STÖBICH Nachwuchs an. Mit dem Kartenspiel „Teamplay“ haben sich die jungen Menschen selbst in ihren verschiedenen Rollen besser kennengelernt, die sie im Leben spielen. Es ging u. a. um Körpersprache, wertschätzende Kommunikation und hilfreiche Strategien für die eigene Persönlichkeitsentwicklung. So wurde z. B. erarbeitet, wie man mit Konflikten umgehen und Herausforderungen meistern kann. Und so etwas kann man ja überall gebrauchen, nicht nur im Berufsleben.
Alle Beteiligten waren mit Feuereifer bei der Sache – auch, weil es eben nicht nur um die Ausbildung bzw. den Job, sondern um das große Ganze ging: Lernen fürs Leben.
