      Fire protection curtains

      Fire protection curtains are seal openings in walls and ceilings in case of fire. The constructional set-up (rolling- or folding technology) and the use of different fabrics offer a wide application spectrum as well as different protection targets or classifications and time classes. Casings and side guides of those flexible applicable systems are integrated almost invisibly in the building and provide much scope for design of sophisticated architecture for opened designs.

      Manifold production - and logisitc processes require different construction types of conveying systems. If the haulage drifts are passing through fire-retarding resp. fire-resisting walls or ceilings, the necessary openings must be provided with fire protection closures to avoid the expansion of the fire by conveyor technique or by conveyed material. In case of fire the conveyor system closures have to seal those openings immediately and automatically. Seminář pro stážisty "Respektující interakce"

Naši stážisté obohacují naši společnost o nové nápady a jsou ve společnosti STÖBICH pravidelně povzbuzováni; jako nedávno na letošním stážistickém semináři na téma "Respektující interakce".

Dobrý humor a cenné poznatky charakterizovaly koučovací den v showroomu STÖBICH v Goslaru. Jedenáct našich praktikantů a ročních stážistů se zde společně se Sebastianem Saulem dozvědělo mnoho nového o respektující interakci. Lektor společnosti UP Consulting je profesionálem v oblasti kariérové orientace a sám sebe vnímá jako "stavitele mostů mezi školou a kariérou" s dobrým vztahem ke generaci Z. Jeho uvolněné a otevřené vystupování bylo juniory společnosti STÖBICH velmi dobře přijato. Díky karetní hře "Teamplay" mladí lidé lépe poznali sami sebe v různých životních rolích. Mimo jiné se jednalo o řeč těla, oceňující komunikaci a užitečné strategie pro rozvoj vlastní osobnosti. Zjišťovali například, jak řešit konflikty a překonávat výzvy. A něco takového se dá využít všude, nejen v profesním životě.
Všichni účastníci se těšili, až se do toho pustí - také proto, že nešlo jen o školení nebo o práci, ale o širší pohled: o učení pro život.
