      Fire protection curtains

      Fire protection curtains are seal openings in walls and ceilings in case of fire. The constructional set-up (rolling- or folding technology) and the use of different fabrics offer a wide application spectrum as well as different protection targets or classifications and time classes. Casings and side guides of those flexible applicable systems are integrated almost invisibly in the building and provide much scope for design of sophisticated architecture for opened designs.

      Manifold production - and logisitc processes require different construction types of conveying systems. If the haulage drifts are passing through fire-retarding resp. fire-resisting walls or ceilings, the necessary openings must be provided with fire protection closures to avoid the expansion of the fire by conveyor technique or by conveyed material. In case of fire the conveyor system closures have to seal those openings immediately and automatically. Thereby a classified fire resistance as well as the smoothly clearing of the closing area must be respected in case of release.

      Control systems are necessary for all automatic fire protection systems! They are safety-relevant, because without their function or in the event of a malfunction, the entire investment of a fire protection partition would be useless. Controllers coordinate both fire detection and the interaction with other controls, like superordinate building control or the retraction of the closing area at conveyor closing area.

Séminaire des apprentis "Un comportement respectueux"

Nos apprentis enrichissent notre entreprise avec des idées fraîches et sont régulièrement encouragés chez STÖBICH ; comme récemment lors du séminaire des apprentis de cette année sur le thème des "relations respectueuses".

Bonne humeur et précieuses connaissances ont marqué la journée de coaching dans le showroom de STÖBICH à Goslar. Onze de nos apprentis et stagiaires à l'année y ont appris beaucoup de choses sur les relations respectueuses entre eux, en compagnie de Sebastian Saul. Le professeur d'UP Consulting est un professionnel de l'orientation professionnelle et se considère comme un "constructeur de ponts entre l'école et la (les) profession(s)", avec un bon contact avec la génération Z. Son attitude décontractée et ouverte a été très bien accueillie par la relève de STÖBICH. Avec le jeu de cartes "Teamplay", les jeunes ont appris à mieux se connaître dans les différents rôles qu'ils jouent dans la vie. Il a été question, entre autres, du langage corporel, de la communication respectueuse et de stratégies utiles pour le développement de sa propre personnalité. Par exemple, les participants ont appris à gérer les conflits et à relever les défis. Et ce genre de choses peut être utilisé partout, et pas seulement dans la vie professionnelle.
Tous les participants ont participé avec enthousiasme - notamment parce qu'il ne s'agissait pas seulement de la formation ou du travail, mais d'un tout : apprendre pour la vie.
