      Fire protection curtains

      Fire protection curtains are seal openings in walls and ceilings in case of fire. The constructional set-up (rolling- or folding technology) and the use of different fabrics offer a wide application spectrum as well as different protection targets or classifications and time classes. Casings and side guides of those flexible applicable systems are integrated almost invisibly in the building and provide much scope for design of sophisticated architecture for opened designs.

STÖBICH Azubi macht Auslandpraktikum in Spanien

Als Azubi in einem internationalen Unternehmen wie STÖBICH kann man viel herumkommen. So wie Mats-Henri Ackermann, der im Herbst 2021 ein dreiwöchiges Praktikum bei STÖBICH Ibérica in Madrid absolviert hat.

Nach mehreren Corona-bedingten Verschiebungen durfte er doch noch starten: Im Rahmen seiner Ausbildung zum Industriekaufmann mit Zusatzqualifikation zum Europakaufmann verbrachte Mats-Henri Ackermann drei Wochen im Madrider Büro von STÖBICH Ibérica. Dort unterstützte er vor allem bei der Angebotserstellung. Von Vorteil war, dass Mats bereits vom deutschen Standort Goslar aus für die spanische Niederlassung gearbeitet hatte. Vor Ort durfte er nun die Besonderheiten des spanischen Marktes mit seinen rechtlichen Bestimmungen und Anforderungen näher kennenlernen und kam auch mit anderen zu betreuenden Ländern wie Portugal in Kontakt.

In seiner Freizeit hat Mats die spanische Landeshauptstadt samt Umgebung mit zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten erkundet und sogar ein Wochenende in Barcelona verbracht. Sein abschließendes Fazit: „Ich wurde sehr herzlich im Team aufgenommen und hatte interessante Aufgaben. Meine Empfehlung für alle STÖBICH Azubis: Nutzt die Chance auf ein Auslandpraktikum, das bringt einen echt weiter!“
