      Fire protection curtains

      Fire protection curtains are seal openings in walls and ceilings in case of fire. The constructional set-up (rolling- or folding technology) and the use of different fabrics offer a wide application spectrum as well as different protection targets or classifications and time classes. Teamwork mit Wolle: Azubis beweisen Führungsqualitäten

Ein Ausflug der besonderen Art: Unsere Auszubildenden stellten sich in der Magdeburger Börde einer ungewöhnlichen Teamaufgabe: 421 Schafe sicher über Felder und Wege zu führen. Dabei zeigte sich, wie viel Kommunikation, Vertrauen und Zusammenhalt echtes Teamwork erfordert.

Ziel war es, eine komplette Schafherde gemeinsam zu führen – über Felder, Wege und durch Tore. Was zunächst einfach klang, wurde schnell zur Herausforderung: Nur wer kommunizierte, sich abstimmte und Verantwortung übernahm, konnte die Tiere sicher leiten. Nach einer ersten chaotischen Runde, hilfreichen Tipps des Schäfers und einem „Leit-Azubi“ als natürlichem Führungstalent, lief die Herde schließlich im Takt. Auch kleine Krisen, etwa eine ausgebrochene Gruppe oder ein erschöpftes Jungtier, meisterten die Teams gemeinsam mit Ruhe, Einfühlungsvermögen und gegenseitiger Unterstützung.

Zum Abschluss belohnte sich die Gruppe mit Lunchpaketen und einer spontanen Stadtrundfahrt durch Halberstadt, organisiert vom Busfahrer, der seine Heimat mit spürbarer Begeisterung präsentierte.

Dieses Erlebnis zeigte eindrucksvoll: Führung bedeutet, Vertrauen zu schaffen, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und als Team zusammenzuhalten – Werte, die bei uns nicht nur auf der Weide, sondern auch im Berufsalltag zählen.
