      Fire protection curtains

      Fire protection curtains are seal openings in walls and ceilings in case of fire. The constructional set-up (rolling- or folding technology) and the use of different fabrics offer a wide application spectrum as well as different protection targets or classifications and time classes. Casings and side guides of those flexible applicable systems are integrated almost invisibly in the building and provide much scope for design of sophisticated architecture for opened designs.

Týmová práce s vlnou: stážisté prokazují vůdčí schopnosti

Zvláštní druh exkurze: naši stážisté se v Magdeburském pohoří zhostili neobvyklého týmového úkolu: bezpečně vést 421 ovcí přes pole a cesty. Ukázalo se, kolik komunikace, důvěry a soudržnosti vyžaduje skutečná týmová práce.

Cílem bylo vést celé stádo ovcí společně - přes pole, po cestách a přes brány. To, co zpočátku znělo jednoduše, se rychle stalo výzvou: pouze ti, kteří spolu komunikovali, koordinovali se a převzali odpovědnost, dokázali zvířata bezpečně vést. Po chaotickém prvním kole, užitečných radách od pastýře a "cvičiteli vedení" jako přirozeném vůdcovském talentu nakonec stádo doběhlo včas. I malé krizové situace, jako bylo odtržení skupiny nebo vyčerpané mladé zvíře, zvládly týmy společně s klidem, empatií a vzájemnou podporou.

Na závěr se skupina odměnila obědovými balíčky a spontánní prohlídkou města Halberstadt, kterou zorganizoval řidič autobusu, jenž své rodné město představil s hmatatelným nadšením.

Tato zkušenost působivě ukázala, že vedení znamená vytvářet důvěru, přebírat odpovědnost a držet pohromadě jako tým - hodnoty, které se pro nás počítají nejen na pastvině, ale i v každodenním pracovním životě.
