      Fire protection curtains

      Fire protection curtains are seal openings in walls and ceilings in case of fire. The constructional set-up (rolling- or folding technology) and the use of different fabrics offer a wide application spectrum as well as different protection targets or classifications and time classes. Casings and side guides of those flexible applicable systems are integrated almost invisibly in the building and provide much scope for design of sophisticated architecture for opened designs.

      Manifold production - and logisitc processes require different construction types of conveying systems. If the haulage drifts are passing through fire-retarding resp. fire-resisting walls or ceilings, the necessary openings must be provided with fire protection closures to avoid the expansion of the fire by conveyor technique or by conveyed material. In case of fire the conveyor system closures have to seal those openings immediately and automatically. Thereby a classified fire resistance as well as the smoothly clearing of the closing area must be respected in case of release.

Spannender Zukunftstag bei STÖBICH

Einmal im Jahr bietet der Zukunftstag Girls und Boys Einblicke ins Berufsleben. Auch bei STÖBICH schauten interessierte Schülerinnen und Schüler hinter die Kulissen des Brandschutzunternehmens.

Der 3. April 2025 war ein Tag voller spannender Erlebnisse und kreativer Aktivitäten, sowohl für die Teilnehmenden als auch für die Organisatoren. Elf Kids starteten am STÖBICH Standort Goslar voller Vorfreude in einen ereignisreichen Zukunftstag.

Zu Beginn stand eine beeindruckende Feuerschau auf dem Programm. Anschließend ging es in die Werkstatt, wo die Mädchen und Jungen ihre eigenen technischen Fähigkeiten entdecken konnten. Unter Anleitung der Auszubildenden bauten sie kleine Minecraft-Figuren und erhielten dabei spannende Einblicke in den Beruf des technischen Produktdesigners. Die Begeisterung war groß, als die Kinder mit eigenen Händen etwas Neues erschufen.

In der Bastelstunde konnten die Teilnehmenden ihre Kreativität ausleben. Mit Elektrik-Bausätzen lernten sie, wie man Schaltkreise zusammenbaut und die Grundlagen der Elektrotechnik auf spielerische Weise versteht. Die Kinder waren beeindruckt von den technischen Möglichkeiten.

Der Tag wurde schließlich mit einem gemeinsamen Mittagessen abgerundet.
