  Various production and logistics processes call for the most diverse types of conveyor systems. If these conveyor lines pass through fire-retardant or fire-resistant walls or ceilings, the openings required for this purpose must be provided with fire protection closures to prevent the spread of fire through the conveyor system or the goods conveyed. In the event of fire, conveyor system closures (CSC for short) must close these openings immediately and automatically. Fire resistance classified according to DIN EN 13501-2 is just as important as the smooth clearance of the closing areas in the event of a fire.

1. Welcome Day bei STÖBICH

Willkommen an Bord: Unsere neuen Kolleginnen und Kollegen kamen beim gestrigen Welcome Day zum ersten Mal in den Genuss eines neuen Onboarding-Konzeptes. Ein spannender Tag für alle Beteiligten.

Am 28.04.2022 fand der erste Willkommenstag in der Goslarer STÖBICH Zentrale statt. Dazu wurden alle Neuzugänge, die seit dem 01.01.2022 in die STÖBICH Unternehmensgruppe eingetreten sind, herzlich eingeladen.

Insgesamt waren 24 neue Mitarbeitende aus verschiedenen Standorten der Einladung nach Goslar gefolgt und erhielten dort tiefere Einblicke in die STÖBICH Welt mit ihrer Geschichte und ihrem umfangreichen Brandschutz-Portfolio. Ein Rundgang durch die Produktion und ein Live-Brandversuch rundeten das Programm ab.

Für das leibliche Wohl war natürlich auch gesorgt, und beim Mittagessen mit der Geschäftsführung und den Bereichsverantwortlichen lernte man sich in lockerem Rahmen kennen. Frisch gestärkt, ging es abschließend noch einmal durch die verschiedenen Abteilungen, um Kontakte zu knüpfen und in die verschiedenen Bereiche hineinzuschauen. Da fällt der Einstieg gleich noch leichter, und man hat beim nächsten Telefonat direkt ein Gesicht vor Augen.

Wir freuen uns über den gelungenen Welcome Day und wünschen allen weiterhin einen guten Start bei STÖBICH!
