      Fire protection curtains

      Fire protection curtains are seal openings in walls and ceilings in case of fire. The constructional set-up (rolling- or folding technology) and the use of different fabrics offer a wide application spectrum as well as different protection targets or classifications and time classes. Casings and side guides of those flexible applicable systems are integrated almost invisibly in the building and provide much scope for design of sophisticated architecture for opened designs.

Geleerde lessen: STÖBICH blijft flexibel met het werkmodel

Op dit moment is er landelijk veel discussie over versoepeling. Maar hoe de beslissing over de thuiskantoorverplichting ook wordt genomen: als gecertificeerde toekomstige aanbieder blijft STÖBICH vertrouwen op mobiel of hybride werken - waar dit mogelijk en verstandig is.

Toekomstige aanbieder – wat betekent dat eigenlijk? De titel voor bijzonder aantrekkelijke werkgevers in de regio is gebaseerd op een initiatief van de werkgeversorganisatie Region Braunschweig e. V. STÖBICH had het certificeringsproces al met succes doorlopen en ontving het zegel in 2019.
Hercertificering is momenteel aan de gang, maar is uitgesteld vanwege de pandemie. Het familiebedrijf uit Goslar heeft er veel aan gedaan om de prijs opnieuw in de wacht te slepen. De introductie van de Welcome Day als onderdeel van de onboarding om nieuwe medewerkers een passend welkom te geven op het hoofdkantoor in Goslar, een eigentijdse gedragscode en herziene managementprincipes zijn slechts enkele voorbeelden van de veranderingen. Daarnaast moet voornoemd mobiel of hybride werken meer vrijheid bieden aan de beroepsbevolking. Als gevolg hiervan genieten werknemers in het bedrijf meer flexibiliteit bij het kiezen van hun werkplek als hun baan dit toelaat. Door de goede ervaringen met mobiele of hybride werkconcepten tijdens de pandemie, blijft STÖBICH haar kantoormedewerkers dagelijks vrijwillig de mogelijkheid bieden om thuis of op een andere locatie te werken. Het bekende brandbeveiligingsbedrijf is niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor de gezondheid van het personeel. Dankzij de uitgebreide IT-infrastructuur werkt mobiel en hybride werken nu probleemloos, en waarom zouden medewerkers daar niet van profiteren in termen van een positieve work-life balance?
