  Various production and logistics processes call for the most diverse types of conveyor systems. If these conveyor lines pass through fire-retardant or fire-resistant walls or ceilings, the openings required for this purpose must be provided with fire protection closures to prevent the spread of fire through the conveyor system or the goods conveyed. In the event of fire, conveyor system closures (CSC for short) must close these openings immediately and automatically. Fire resistance classified according to DIN EN 13501-2 is just as important as the smooth clearance of the closing areas in the event of a fire.

BR 20 - Besturingssysteem voor sluitingen van transportbandsystemen

Productbeschrijving

Het vastzetsysteem is geschikt om de functie van vergrendelingen op brandwerende sluitingen in het verloop van railgebonden transportsystemen, in elk geval als enkele draaideuren, rol- en hefdeuren evenals schuifdeuren en poorten in binnenwanden, op een gecontroleerde manier buiten werking te stellen en voor het uitvoeren van de controleprocessen die vereist zijn in geval van brand en storingen en voor het handmatig vrijgeven bij het sluiten.

Type	"BR20 - FA" voor brandwerende afsluitingen in het verloop van railgebonden transportsystemen
Bewijs	Goedkeuringsverklaring nr. Z-6.500-2601 van het Duitse Instituut voor Bouwtechniek (DIBt), Berlijn.

De "BR20" als triggerapparaat met voeding (apparaatcombinatie) bestaat uit:
- Voeding volgens Z-6.510-2602 van de algemene bouwinspectie met een tweede voeding (batterijen)
- Ontgrendelingsvoorziening voor het bedienen van de vastzetvoorziening (overeenkomstig paragraaf 2.4 van de GBG)

Voor de installatie van een vastzetinrichting "BR20 - FA" moet de vastzetinrichting met voeding (combinatie) "BR20" worden uitgerust met:
- Brandmelder (in overeenstemming met DIN EN 54 en paragraaf 2.3 van de aBG)
- Vastzetinrichtingen (conform paragraaf 2.4 van de aBG)
- Eventueel beveiligingen voor sluitzonebewaking op de sluitingen (conform paragraaf 2.5 van de aBG)

Verdere aansluitmogelijkheden:
- Extra handmatige ontgrendelingsknoppen
- Signaaluitwisseling met het transportsysteem en het gebouwbeheersysteem
