  Various production and logistics processes call for the most diverse types of conveyor systems. If these conveyor lines pass through fire-retardant or fire-resistant walls or ceilings, the openings required for this purpose must be provided with fire protection closures to prevent the spread of fire through the conveyor system or the goods conveyed. In the event of fire, conveyor system closures (CSC for short) must close these openings immediately and automatically. Fire resistance classified according to DIN EN 13501-2 is just as important as the smooth clearance of the closing areas in the event of a fire.

Le dispositif de blocage est adapté pour rendre inopérant de manière contrôlée le fonctionnement des moyens de fermeture sur les fermetures coupe-feu au cours des installations de transport liées à la voie ferrée, respectivement en tant que portes battantes à un vantail, portes roulantes et portes relevables ainsi que portes et portails coulissants dans les murs intérieurs, et pour exécuter les processus de commande nécessaires lors de la fermeture en cas d'incendie et de panne ainsi qu'en cas de déclenchement manuel.

Preuve	Certificat d'homologation n° Z-6.500-2601 du Deutsches Institut für Bautechnik (DIBt), Berlin.

Le "BR20" en tant que dispositif de déclenchement avec alimentation en énergie (combinaison d'appareils) se compose de
- Alimentation en énergie selon l'agrément technique général n° Z-6.510-2602 avec une deuxième alimentation en énergie (accumulateurs)
- Dispositif de déclenchement pour la commande du dispositif de blocage (selon la section 2.4 de l'aBG)

Pour la mise en place d'un dispositif de blocage "BR20 - FA", le dispositif de déclenchement avec alimentation en énergie (combinaison d'appareils) "BR20" doit être équipé :
- Détecteurs d'incendie (conformément à la norme DIN EN 54 et à la section 2.3 de l'aBG)
- Dispositifs de blocage (conformément au paragraphe 2.4 de l'aBG)
- le cas échéant, dispositifs de protection pour la surveillance de la zone de fermeture sur les fermetures (conformément au paragraphe 2.5 de l'aBG)

- échange de signaux avec la technique de convoyage ainsi qu'avec le système de gestion du bâtiment
