Stoebich Smoke Curtain T

  • Fiberseal

Product description

Efficient smoke protection curtain at high pressure levels and smoke temperatures up to 392 °F: The Stoebich Smoke Curtain T smoke protection curtain offers reliable protection against smoke penetration and satisfies the requirements defined for smoke protection closures acc. to DIN 18095-1. The system is approved up to a size of 23' x 14.8' – larger dimensions are technical feasible and can be realised on request. The Stoebich Smoke Curtain T can securely seal uneven floors by means of its elastic closure strip. In combination with other compensation measures and the use of fire protection fabric, additional protection goals can be realised. The curtain is closed without power using the force of gravity. In accordance with fire tests the Stoebich Smoke Curtain T smoke protection curtain (if the correct fabric is used) can withstand the effects of the fire for more than 90 minutes and also reduces the radiation heat.

The installation situation must comply with the building regulations of the country of installation. The fire resistance of a ceiling or wall supporting structure and the adjoining components must correspond at least to that of the fire and / or smoke protection closure or that of the fire and / or smoke protection curtain. Proof of the stability and suitability for use of the adjacent walls and walls and components must be ensured under general ambient conditions and in the event of fire. See also notes on the standard supporting structure in EN1366-7:2004 and EN1363-1:2020. fire protection system must not be subjected to any additional load other than its own weight, even in the event of a fire
* Deviations from size dimensions on request
** tested wall types according to the installation instructions
