Tube shields for pneumatic conveyor lines without impeding the conveyor flow.
In contrast to conventional protection dampers, the Ecotube tube shield is not permanently exposed to the conveyor flow. Instead, the supply tube piece is pushed out thereby clear the way for the shield damper. The advantage: This avoids friction or soiling of the closure element caused by the conveyor flow. The closing process is triggered by the fire detection elements. Ecotube is suitable for over-pressure and under-pressure, and for a variety of conveyed goods, e.g. cardboard or paper strips.
