      Conveyor system closures

      Manifold production - and logisitc processes require different construction types of conveying systems. If the haulage drifts are passing through fire-retarding resp. fire-resisting walls or ceilings, the necessary openings must be provided with fire protection closures to avoid the expansion of the fire by conveyor technique or by conveyed material. In case of fire the conveyor system closures have to seal those openings immediately and automatically. Thereby a classified fire resistance as well as the smoothly clearing of the closing area must be respected in case of release.

Description du produit

La StrainBox XS permet le transport conforme à l'ADR ainsi que le stockage en toute sécurité de batteries lithium-ion critiques et défectueuses. Sa conception compacte a été spécialement développée pour les batteries de petits systèmes de stockage d'énergie, telles que celles utilisées par exemple dans les vélos électriques, les outils électriques ou les appareils mobiles.

La conception est adaptée aux accidents impliquant des batteries lithium-ion et contrôle les contraintes thermiques et mécaniques générées en cas d'emballement thermique. Le système de gestion thermique intégré limite le transfert de chaleur vers l'extérieur et empêche un échauffement critique des surfaces externes.

Un système intégré de guidage et de filtration des gaz réduit le rejet de gaz de réaction toxiques et retient les particules ainsi que les produits de réaction solides à l'intérieur de l'emballage. La conception résistante à la pression empêche la fuite de flammes, d'étincelles, de liquides et de matières solides.

Pour la protection des personnes et des biens matériels, la StrainBox XS dispose des caractéristiques de sécurité éprouvées de la société Stöbich Brandschutz GmbH, notamment le système intégré de guidage et de filtration des gaz, une construction mécaniquement robuste ainsi que la gestion thermique intégrée.
