      Fire protection curtains

      Fire protection curtains are seal openings in walls and ceilings in case of fire. The constructional set-up (rolling- or folding technology) and the use of different fabrics offer a wide application spectrum as well as different protection targets or classifications and time classes. Casings and side guides of those flexible applicable systems are integrated almost invisibly in the building and provide much scope for design of sophisticated architecture for opened designs.

      Manifold production - and logisitc processes require different construction types of conveying systems. Culture de formation ouverte à la STÖBICH Academy

La théorie et la pratique fusionnent dans la STÖBICH Academy pour former un concept de formation global. L'équipe de formation, composée du directeur de l'Academy Hartmut Bochow ainsi que de Martina Hargarten et Sven Riemer, propose plusieurs fois par semaine des formations sur des thèmes spécialisés dans la protection incendie et des thèmes généraux, par exemple Train-the-Trainer. L'offre s'adresse aussi bien à l'ensemble du groupe d'entreprises STÖBICH, aux sous-traitants et aux partenaires internationaux qu'à des groupes cibles externes. Les formations techniques en mécanique et en électricité à l'aide de pièces d'exposition sont actuellement particulièrement mises en avant afin d'amener les collaborateurs et les apprentis au niveau le plus récent de la technique. Lorsqu'il s'agit de service et de maintenance, la filiale de STÖBICH PROTEC-24 s'implique davantage. À long terme, des formations seront également proposées à l'ensemble du personnel, des planificateurs électroniques aux cadres. Des commandes passées avec et parfois chez des clients sur place prouvent que des entreprises extérieures souhaitent également profiter de l'offre de formation continue.

L'objectif de la STÖBICH Academy est de créer des formats de formation innovants et inspirants qui se distinguent des formations classiques. Outre les formations en présentiel, de plus en plus d'e-learnings et de formations en ligne sont intégrés. Les formations en soft skills ainsi que le développement du leadership seront plus demandés, selon les prévisions de tendance des professionnels de la formation.

Dans les années à venir, la STÖBICH Academy souhaite devenir un prestataire de formation et de formation continue de premier plan au niveau régional et, à long terme, international. La forte demande montre qu'elle est sur la bonne voie.
