A strong partnership: STÖBICH Netherlands acquires Vermij Rolluiken

Our Dutch subsidiary STÖBICH B.V. has acquired Vermij Rolluiken B.V., its long-standing partner in the retail market, which specialises in the sale, installation and maintenance of fire protection and security roller shutters. We are thus further expanding our fire protection business in the Netherlands.

The takeover strategically positions the STÖBICH brand even more strongly in the Dutch market: as a comprehensive partner for fire protection and service. The company name of the acquired company has also changed:

With over 55 years of experience in the production and installation of security roller shutters, the portfolio of Vermij Rolluiken B.V. - from sales and delivery to installation, maintenance and service - perfectly complements the offer of STÖBICH B.V.. This corresponds to the high-quality services provided by our subsidiary PROTEC-24 in the DACH region.

In short, the many years of good cooperation between STÖBICH B.V. and Vermij B.V. - now PROTEC-24 NL - have now resulted in a ‘krachtige Verbinding’ (= strong connection) of combined expertise. Partners have become colleagues, and together we serve the Dutch market with suitable structural fire protection solutions and ensure the operation of our customers through service and maintenance - all from a single source.
