      Fire protection curtains

      Fire protection curtains are seal openings in walls and ceilings in case of fire. The constructional set-up (rolling- or folding technology) and the use of different fabrics offer a wide application spectrum as well as different protection targets or classifications and time classes. Casings and side guides of those flexible applicable systems are integrated almost invisibly in the building and provide much scope for design of sophisticated architecture for opened designs.

      Manifold production - and logisitc processes require different construction types of conveying systems. Podařená rovnováha mezi estetikou a požárních ochranou v atriích

Trochu jsme si pohráli s tímto osvědčeným principem designu. Proč? Kvůli architektuře a protože máme rádi otevřené prostory. Nalezení rovnováhy mezi estetikou a požární ochranou v atriích působivým způsobem demonstruje mimořádná novostavba administrativní budovy společnosti Südwestmetall v Esslingenu.

Budova společnosti Südwestmetall (svaz kovodělného a elektrotechnického průmyslu ve skupině okresů Neckar-Fils) budí pozornost svým náročným architektonickým provedením. Uvnitř budově dominuje otevřené atrium s velkorysými rozměry. V případě vzdušných prostor napříč podlažími hrála ústřední úlohu otázka kouřové ochrany, respektive účinného odvedení kouře v případě vypuknutí požáru. Zejména s ohledem na to, že užívání budovy je spojeno s velkým počtem osob uvnitř.

Téměř neviditelné dokonalé začlenění do stavební konstrukce budovy! Dvě pětistranné kouřové přepážky s rozdílnými úhly představují estetický prvek požární ochrany, který nijak nezasahuje do otevřeného architektonického pojetí budovy

Náročný úkol

U novostavby kancelářské budovy s částí vyhrazenou k pořádání akcí společnosti Südwestmetall ve skupině okresů Neckar-Fils se sídlem v Esslingenu přechází extravagantní vnější obal budovy plynule do podoby otevřeného prostoru uvnitř. Atrium zasahující do všech podlaží budovy spojuje jednotlivé úrovně budovy příčným schodištěm a jedná se o centrální vzdušný prostor s optimálním využitím denního světla.

Všechna podlaží budovy musí být spolehlivým způsobem přepažena z důvodu řízeného odvodu kouře v případě požáru. Otevřená architektura by měla být zachována v plném rozsahu.

Prostorová kouřová přepážka se skládanou technikou

Řešení

Požární ochrana byla vytvořena na základě konkrétního posouzení možných scénářů požáru v tomto objektu v rámci ucelené koncepce požární ochrany. Platí, že bylo potřeba přepažením jednotlivých podlaží zamezit nekontrolovanému šíření kouře. Dvě kouřové přepážky s automatickou aktivací při spuštění poplachu proto kopírují mnohoúhelníkový tvar atria. Pětistranné prostorové systémy s pěti různými úhly zabudované v mezistropech nemají návštěvníci budovy šanci za běžného provozu zaznamenat; v případě potřeby přitom tyto systémy nabízejí účinnou ochranu. Funkční požární ochrana, která nebije do očí. Naším cílem je nabízet taková řešení požární ochrany budov, která architektům a projektantům umožní dosáhnout dokonalé rovnováhy mezi estetikou a funkčností.
