      Conveyor system closures

      Manifold production - and logisitc processes require different construction types of conveying systems. If the haulage drifts are passing through fire-retarding resp. fire-resisting walls or ceilings, the necessary openings must be provided with fire protection closures to avoid the expansion of the fire by conveyor technique or by conveyed material. In case of fire the conveyor system closures have to seal those openings immediately and automatically. Thereby a classified fire resistance as well as the smoothly clearing of the closing area must be respected in case of release.

En cas d'avarie, les batteries au lithium-ion peuvent générer des contraintes thermiques, mécaniques et chimiques considérables. Il en résulte des coups de bélier, des flammes ainsi que des gaz de réaction hautement toxiques.

Le StrainLock a été spécialement conçu pour ce scénario de danger et permet de stocker en toute sécurité des batteries lithium-ion, même endommagées ou dans un état critique.

Un système intégré de guidage et de filtrage des gaz réduit la libération de gaz de réaction toxiques et retient les étincelles, les flammes et les particules à l'intérieur du système. La gestion thermique intégrée limite l'échauffement des surfaces extérieures et empêche la propagation du feu dans l'environnement.

Le StrainLock est particulièrement adapté aux zones de quarantaine, aux ateliers, aux laboratoires d'essai et aux zones de service où les batteries au lithium-ion endommagées ou critiques doivent être stockées ou examinées en toute sécurité.
