      Fire protection curtains

      Fire protection curtains are seal openings in walls and ceilings in case of fire. The constructional set-up (rolling- or folding technology) and the use of different fabrics offer a wide application spectrum as well as different protection targets or classifications and time classes. Casings and side guides of those flexible applicable systems are integrated almost invisibly in the building and provide much scope for design of sophisticated architecture for opened designs.

      Manifold production - and logisitc processes require different construction types of conveying systems. If the haulage drifts are passing through fire-retarding resp. fire-resisting walls or ceilings, the necessary openings must be provided with fire protection closures to avoid the expansion of the fire by conveyor technique or by conveyed material. In case of fire the conveyor system closures have to seal those openings immediately and automatically. Thereby a classified fire resistance as well as the smoothly clearing of the closing area must be respected in case of release.

They are safety-relevant, because without their function or in the event of a malfunction, the entire investment of a fire protection partition would be useless. Controllers coordinate both fire detection and the interaction with other controls, like superordinate building control or the retraction of the closing area at conveyor closing area.

Journée des retours réussie avec STÖBICH

Entre les fêtes de fin d'année, le bâtiment de l'arrondissement de Goslar a accueilli la deuxième journée des retours. En collaboration avec d'autres entreprises régionales, nous avons représenté le site du Harz et ses nombreuses possibilités professionnelles.

Des employeurs attrayants à perte de vue : plus de 550 personnes ont profité de l'occasion pour s'informer sur les offres d'emploi dans leur région. La Journée du retour s'adresse spécialement aux jeunes qui sont en visite dans leur famille entre Noël et le Nouvel An et qui souhaitent se réorienter professionnellement dans la région du Harz.

➥ STÖBICH était également présent en tant qu'exposant avec un stand. L'intérêt pour nos nombreuses possibilités d'emploi dans le domaine de la protection contre l'incendie a été écrasant. Pendant les quatre heures du salon, nous avons pu mener de nombreux entretiens intensifs et avons peut-être déjà fait la connaissance de nouveaux collègues. Un succès total pour tous les participants et un signal clair que notre district, avec son économie florissante et son logement abordable, a beaucoup à offrir.
