      Fire protection curtains

      Fire protection curtains are seal openings in walls and ceilings in case of fire. The constructional set-up (rolling- or folding technology) and the use of different fabrics offer a wide application spectrum as well as different protection targets or classifications and time classes. Casings and side guides of those flexible applicable systems are integrated almost invisibly in the building and provide much scope for design of sophisticated architecture for opened designs.

      Manifold production - and logisitc processes require different construction types of conveying systems. If the haulage drifts are passing through fire-retarding resp. fire-resisting walls or ceilings, the necessary openings must be provided with fire protection closures to avoid the expansion of the fire by conveyor technique or by conveyed material. In case of fire the conveyor system closures have to seal those openings immediately and automatically. Thereby a classified fire resistance as well as the smoothly clearing of the closing area must be respected in case of release.

Controllers coordinate both fire detection and the interaction with other controls, like superordinate building control or the retraction of the closing area at conveyor closing area.

Journée de tournage à 360° à l'université de Kiel

Le dimanche, les étudiants en droit de la Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel font la grasse matinée, surtout pendant les vacances semestrielles. Heureusement pour nous : nous avons pu tourner et filmer dans des conditions parfaites. Le petit instantané du making-of commence dans 3, 2, 1...

9 heures du matin à Kiel. Le soleil brille dans un vent frais du nord et l'équipe STÖBICH est arrivée de bonne humeur et très motivée, avec les meilleures compétences en matière de montage et de marketing. Sous la direction du photographe Jörg Hempel, nous commençons directement par les séances de photos et de films de nos systèmes de protection contre les incendies installés ici.

Tout sent encore le neuf dans le Juridicum de l'université Christian Albrechts de Kiel (CAU en abrégé). Le bâtiment d'enseignement, de recherche et de bibliothèque n'a été achevé que ce printemps. Avec trois rideaux coupe-feu différents de la célèbre série Fibershield®, STÖBICH établit une fois de plus des normes qui ravissent les architectes et les planificateurs de la protection contre l'incendie : une protection contre l'incendie sûre qui n'interfère pas avec l'intérieur élégant. En effet, les rideaux ne sont visibles que dans les situations d'urgence les plus délicates et s'intègrent discrètement dans le concept de la pièce.

Grâce à des équipements de pointe tels que des drones, d'impressionnants enregistrements vidéo et images sont créés sur le plateau, y compris pour nos présentations à 360° des fermetures textiles anti-incendie - rideau haut pour une puissance innovante à la STÖBICH !
