      Fire protection curtains

      Fire protection curtains are seal openings in walls and ceilings in case of fire. The constructional set-up (rolling- or folding technology) and the use of different fabrics offer a wide application spectrum as well as different protection targets or classifications and time classes. Casings and side guides of those flexible applicable systems are integrated almost invisibly in the building and provide much scope for design of sophisticated architecture for opened designs.

    • Conveyor system closures

      Manifold production - and logisitc processes require different construction types of conveying systems. If the haulage drifts are passing through fire-retarding resp. fire-resisting walls or ceilings, the necessary openings must be provided with fire protection closures to avoid the expansion of the fire by conveyor technique or by conveyed material. In case of fire the conveyor system closures have to seal those openings immediately and automatically. Thereby a classified fire resistance as well as the smoothly clearing of the closing area must be respected in case of release.

Controllers coordinate both fire detection and the interaction with other controls, like superordinate building control or the retraction of the closing area at conveyor closing area.

18e Journées de la protection contre l'incendie de Stuttgart

Les professionnels de la construction de tous les secteurs se retrouvent début février aux Journées de la protection contre l'incendie de Stuttgart. STÖBICH se concentre sur les solutions textiles de protection contre l'incendie dans le cadre du salon professionnel qui l'accompagne.

Depuis 2006, le forum annuel des Journées de la protection contre l'incendie de Stuttgart informe sur les derniers développements en matière de protection contre l'incendie et favorise l'échange entre tous les acteurs de la planification, de la construction et de l'utilisation. Il s'agit notamment des professionnels de la construction issus des domaines de l'architecture, de l'ingénierie, des pompiers, des autorités de la construction, des entreprises exécutantes ainsi que des développeurs et exploitants de projets.

Les organisateurs sont la Chambre des architectes du Bade-Wurtemberg, la Chambre des ingénieurs du Bade-Wurtemberg et le InformationsZentrum Beton GmbH. Le parrain des Journées de la protection contre l'incendie de Stuttgart est le Dr Christian Schneider, directeur ministériel au ministère du Développement régional et du Logement du Bade-Wurtemberg.
