  Various production and logistics processes call for the most diverse types of conveyor systems. If these conveyor lines pass through fire-retardant or fire-resistant walls or ceilings, the openings required for this purpose must be provided with fire protection closures to prevent the spread of fire through the conveyor system or the goods conveyed. In the event of fire, conveyor system closures (CSC for short) must close these openings immediately and automatically. Fire resistance classified according to DIN EN 13501-2 is just as important as the smooth clearance of the closing areas in the event of a fire.

  A smoke apron is a part of a smoke control system which also includes other components such as natural smoke and heat exhaust ventilators (EN 12101-2) and mechanical smoke and heat exhaust ventilators (EN 12101-3). Smoke aprons restrict the movement of combustion gases within a building in case of fire.

Návrat k přírodě je nová udržitelnost a hlavní město Finska v tomto ohledu nastavuje perspektivní standardy. Metropole na dalekém severu je již dlouho považována za chytré město. Od roku 2021 mají Helsinky "Dřevěné město", celou městskou čtvrť z obnovitelných surovin.

Přímo podél vody se rozkládá městská čtvrť s futuristickým designem, kterou navrhl architekt Anttinen Oiva. V přístavu Jätkäsaari tvoří moderní panorama obytné budovy, kancelářské komplexy, hotel a vícepodlažní parkoviště v severském stylu. Vše je vyrobeno ze dřeva, ale stále je to nejmodernější.

Velký důraz kladla společnost STÖBICH také na inovace v oblasti preventivní požární ochrany staveb. Potřebnou bezpečnost zajišťuje celkem 13 protipožárních závěsů řady Fibershield®-I. Písmeno "I" v názvu výrobku znamená "Izolace", kterou tato špičková tkanina poskytuje kromě protipožární ochrany. Systémy lze instalovat téměř neviditelně, v případě požáru se automaticky vysunou a při jejich výrobě je zapotřebí méně oceli a odpovídajícím způsobem méně emisí než u plných ocelových dveří. Chytře vymyšlené a vyrobené z podobně chytrého dřeva jako koncept Wood City.
