IdeenExpo 2026 with STÖBICH Apprentices
For nine days, the Expo grounds in Hanover served as a stage for future technologies, innovations, and hands-on career exploration. Fire safety was also a topic—with STÖBICH represented by some of our apprentices at the KIM e. V. booth.
Ten Years of IdeenExpo: To mark the first milestone anniversary of this popular event for young people, over 330 exhibitors showcased more than 800 hands-on exhibits across 14 thematic areas on an event space larger than 100,000 square meters. The numerous visitors had their pick from more than 900 workshops and were able to see their idols (influencers and music stars) in person.
Things were also hopping at the KIM e. V. (Cooperation Initiative for Mechanical Engineering) booth in the Production Arena. As a KIM member company, STÖBICH was also on site with its apprentices—after all, who better to provide information about our apprenticeship opportunities than our apprentices themselves? Here, too, the IdeenExpo motto “Just do it” was creatively put into practice: Students were able to craft an engraved bracelet and a pair of engraved barbecue tongs in just four steps each. This made it easy to strike up conversations and answer questions about the apprenticeship program right on the spot. We’d like to thank our apprentices for their dedicated efforts—Team STÖBICH delivered once again!
