Bassgeigenflöhe: Childcare services by and for STÖBICH

Reconciling family and career becomes an issue at the latest when the next generation arrives. More than 11 years ago, we joined forces with other companies to set up the "Bassgeigenflöhe" daycare center to provide relief for our employees and other employees in Goslar.

Being part of the STÖBICH Group has many advantages. Anyone who is employed at our main site in the "Baßgeige" industrial estate can register their child with the Bassgeigenflöhe.

Together with six other companies in Goslar, we have founded the association "Überbetriebliche Kinderbetreuung in Goslar e.V." to create a flexible childcare service for the children of our employees.

The "Bassgeigenflöhe" daycare center has been in existence since 2013. The service has doubled in size to date and offers childcare in a total of four groups. The childcare team has also grown from five to nine teachers. The concept of loving care, friendly premises and high-quality toys has remained unchanged. A unique facility that also benefits our employees and their families. This is because the childcare places are primarily available to the participating companies. In contrast to municipal facilities, the childcare framework here can be arranged flexibly; at core or off-peak times or even just during the vacations.
