      Fire protection curtains

      Fire protection curtains are seal openings in walls and ceilings in case of fire. The constructional set-up (rolling- or folding technology) and the use of different fabrics offer a wide application spectrum as well as different protection targets or classifications and time classes. Casings and side guides of those flexible applicable systems are integrated almost invisibly in the building and provide much scope for design of sophisticated architecture for opened designs.

      Manifold production - and logisitc processes require different construction types of conveying systems. If the haulage drifts are passing through fire-retarding resp. fire-resisting walls or ceilings, the necessary openings must be provided with fire protection closures to avoid the expansion of the fire by conveyor technique or by conveyed material. In case of fire the conveyor system closures have to seal those openings immediately and automatically. Thereby a classified fire resistance as well as the smoothly clearing of the closing area must be respected in case of release.

Controllers coordinate both fire detection and the interaction with other controls, like superordinate building control or the retraction of the closing area at conveyor closing area.

InnovationSPIN | Lemgo, Allemagne

Connaissance, échange, impulsions : Sous cette devise, "un groupe de réflexion pour la nouvelle entreprise de taille moyenne" est en cours de création à Lemgo - appelé InnovationSPIN. L'université des sciences appliquées d'Ostwestfalen-Lippe, l'association des artisans du district de Paderborn-Lippe et le district de Lippe sont responsables du projet à parts égales.

À l'avenir, les esprits brillants de la science, du commerce et des affaires pourront échanger des idées, réseauter et inspirer de nouvelles idées dans une architecture unique. L'InnovationSPIN se considère comme le centre de l'Innovation Campus Lemgo (ICL). À l'ICL, la coopération entre les écoles générales, les écoles professionnelles, les universités, les institutions de recherche non universitaires et l'industrie et le commerce devrait être rendue possible et élargie. C'est ainsi que l'InnovationSPIN devient une source d'inspiration interdisciplinaire pour la région OWL.

Le projet de phare architectural devrait être achevé en août 2022. Les 40 barrières anti-fumée textiles de STÖBICH s'intègrent discrètement dans le design particulier de la pièce. En cas d'incendie, les rideaux pare-fumée Fiberseal Evolution avec un boîtier spécial isolent l'atrium spacieux du 1er au 3ème étage afin qu'il soit étanche à la fumée.
