Gut Schönweide | Grebin, Germany

The name alone sounds like lush meadows, playing foals and noble thoroughbred horses. And indeed, Gut Schönweide in the landscape conservation area between the towns of Plön and Lütjenburg is a true paradise for nature lovers and horse lovers. The heart of the estate is the stud farm, where first-class dressage horses are bred. And these four-legged treasures should not lack for anything: high-quality food, comprehensive care, well-founded training and sufficient space are a luxury that is standard here.

When it comes to fire protection, these wonderful animals deserve only the best. When building the new horse stable, innovative top quality and technology from STÖBICH was used: The heat-insulating fire protection curtain Fibershield®-I installed there does not require fire load-free zones or water sprinklers thanks to its insulating high-tech textile. Visible only in the event of a fire, the Fibershield®-I fits almost invisibly into the architecture – beauty and functionality in perfection.
